The Liminal Life: Healing in the In-Between

a one-of-a-kind digital magazine blending “skills”

with natural cycles of The Wheel of the Year.

Because women don’t need more pressure, they need more support.

Most women aren’t trying to become someone new.

We’re trying to come home to who we already are.

We’re done with the hustle mentality 🚫 but you know what I DON’T see out there?

➡️ I don’t see enough resources helping women heal in a way that’s gentle and cyclical,
aligned with the lunar phases, equinoxes, or solstices.

Our bodies and minds actually DO respond to these elements
(just ask any nurse what happens in the ER during a full moon!).

So, over the past year, I’ve been quietly building a resource
for healing in a nature-based, spiritual manner that also incorporates evidence-based practices.

It offers healing support for the in-between moments, the thresholds, the quiet recalibrations
into our inner wisdom after decades of living ‘for others’ through a pressurized linear model of healing.

📣 Announcing The Liminal Life: Healing in the In-Between

The Liminal Life is a quarterly, digital magazine aligning with the Equinoxes and Solstices 🌓🌞 and it address cyclical healing, nervous system awareness, faith repair, intuitive tools, and cultivating gentle self-trust with a bunch of the tools from my trade to help along the way.

It’s unlike any other kind of magazine I’ve seen – grounded, soul-centered healing aligned with our natural cycles and seasons.

Really, what can be more powerful than receiving 4 magazines/year for healing that’s aligned with each equinox/solstice? 🤷

This seasonal, digital magazine is designed to support women over 30 navigating:
• identity shifts
• faith questions and reconstruction
• nervous system regulation
• midlife recalibration
• cyclical healing

What You Will & Won’t Find Here

  • You won’t find the push for self-improvement, “being your best self,” or the hustle of “trying harder.”
  • You won’t see a push for any reinvention arcs, massive transformations, or extreme suggestions.
  • You won’t find linear promises that if you just do (xyz) then you’ll get (abc). Nope. None of that BS.
  • And you won’t find any manipulative marketing tactics like smarmy countdowns, gamification pressure, fake urgency or “early bird discounts.” I’m over all that shit.

You WILL find features supporting honest experiences and whole-self acceptance such as:

  • The Opening Threshold essay
  • Living by the Season (Ostara)
  • Mindfulness offerings (because some standard practices are worth it)
  • The Lunar Register (wisdom of the moon phases)
  • Tarot 101 (grounded, not mystical pressure)
  • Self-compassion practices (some good ol’ CBT there!)
  • The Studio – (Making is medicine!)
  • Digital boundary support (‘cuz 100% of us struggle here)
  • Faith & Belief Repair (if this applies)
  • A curated Liminal Playlist (bc the soundtrack of life just can’t be ignored)
  • Journaling prompts in each section

I’ve also included a QR code throughout the magazine where you can download all the journaling prompts via a Google Doc, save your own copy and work on them at your own pace.
