Because I don’t know many women in midlife who feel like they need more pushing, pressure or unrealistic expectations (been there, done that!) I’ve been quietly building something that reflects that space: healing in a nature-based, spiritual manner that also incorporates evidence-based practices; focusing on the in-between moments, the thresholds, the quiet recalibrations into our inner wisdom after decades of living through roles serving others.
This is for women who are wanting to “come home” to themselves, who we’ve always been but might have lost track of.
