support those who feel the weight of helping others.
Healing from your own childhood patterns, dysfunction, and trauma can feel challenging
especially when you’re holding space every day for others to heal.
The overthinking can feel intense, like a constant “loop track” in your head.
Healers are so focused on supporting others, we often overlook our own self-tending.
We change that today!
This is the break you know you’ve needed for a while.
I’ve been there, too, and it’s overwhelming and discouraging.
This group isn’t about fixing anything (including YOU). It’s just about tending to your own spiritual and inner world like you provide for others.
This group is about giving your mind a break while connecting to your inner self.
It’s a gentler way to support healing, when the demands of
being there for others can feel too much.
You don’t have to talk. You don’t have to share. You don’t have to present anything.
You can just show up and give your soul an experience of relief & connection.

When is it?
If at least 4 individuals sign up, we’ll meet virtually the 4th Sunday of each month (except July when we may do another weekend or take the month off).
What’s included?
The online group offers a body-doubling-type of experience as well as instructional guidance from me on various projects. For each group, you can either purchase your own supplies (I’ll provide a supplies list with links) or you can purchase a Done-for-You Supplies Kit as an add-on to your checkout and I’ll ship the kit directly to you.

- Handmade journals – general & themed
- Affirmation Books
- Bookmarks or Misc. Cards
- Multi-media projects/cards/books (like Junk Journals)
- Abstract expressions of emotions
