
Guide to Values Clarification
This 54pp workbook has been adapted from Brene’ Brown’s values exercises and guides you through understanding the difference between values and beliefs, how to narrow down your values selection to 3 “top values” and includes the ability to have up to 12 other support or secondary values. You’ll walk through a “Values Compass” exercise as part of the values selection process, then be introduced to creating goals/activities in alignment with your values. Use of analogies for internal support is also included, and specific tools for deconstructing faith systems.
