“Emotional Intelligence” is a phrase used to describe emotional awareness (your own and others) as well as developing effective emotion regulation skills. This 32pp workbook walks you through the purpose & model of emotions (from DBT) using straightforward worksheets to explore the purpose of 8 primary emotions. You’ll also find worksheets for creating your individualized “body map” or where and what you feel in the body with each emotion. After that, you’ll find examples of values-based information relative to each emotion, tools for emotionally reconnecting to oneself, and a custom-made Feelings Wheel accompanied by a Coping Skills Wheel for concrete emotional regulation skills.
